Cancellation and Late Arrival Policies

Cancellation policy:

Call AT LEAST by the morning of your appointment.  (If you are scheduled first thing in the morning, please TRY to give at least an hour’s notice).  If you cancel without sufficient notice, your next appointment will need to be paid in advance.

Late arrival policy:

I make every effort to give you the full amount of time that you have paid for.  That is why I allow approximately 15 minutes at the beginning of each session to take care of any business.  However, if you are late, keep in mind that I will need to cut the session short. Please plan accordingly.
